On-Site Setup: Your Location
Typically, for indoor corporate headshots that include the head and shoulders, clients request that I come to their business location. This on-site approach is convenient and can boost employee productivity.
What we need
When taking headshots on-location, I require sufficient space to set up my studio equipment, including lights, stands, and backgrounds. Ideally, the area should be at least 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep, but larger spaces are preferable. Common business locations that work well include break rooms, large offices with removed furniture, hallways that open into bigger rooms, conference rooms with the table moved or pushed aside, and office lobbies. Although I can work in smaller spaces, the lighting options available in these spaces may be limited and this is not recommended.
